Our terms & conditions may differentiate between our bespoke artwork and shop service. Please read carefully through the area of your interest.


Each design by Hellotoys is completely unique. Therefore we do not have a fixed price nor offer packaged deals. Our costs are dependent upon the individual design elements, details, process, finishing, type of paper and quantity. Bear in mind, however, our products are mainly hand created & assembled regardless of the quantity ordered. As a result, our pricing is often not based solely on scale. Initially we can provide a starting price range followed by a more accurate quotation once we work to identify your design request, quantity and timescale.

We require a non-refundable deposit of 50% before starting production with the balance to be paid in full before the consignment of any artwork.


This is largely dependent upon the request, project details, quantity and event timescale. Typically, we take from 3 to 6 weeks for weddings and events to complete a stationery set once the design has been approved. Please note, however, delays in providing us with necessary information and materials needed to complete the artwork can result in the postponement of the final delivery date.

Rushed orders have an extra charge, so please allow an adequate margin of time if possible.


We do not offer any refunds. If you are not happy with your purchase or if any of our products arrive damaged or faulty, please contact Pratìc here promptly to let us know what the problem is, and we will help in any way we can


Any cancellation after an agreed project has been established will result in a loss of deposit. Depending on the time to completion further costs could be incurred.


Every artwork & design created by us is the copyright and property of Hellotoys. Copies of our designs or reproductions are not permitted without the written consent of Hellotoys. Failure to comply may result in legal action.
